After-sales Service

Guarantee and Sales Service:

(1)      Guarantee during transportation: If the buyer does not require Insurance, we do not guarantee the lost during the transportation.

(2)      We can provide new parts and accessories free of charge for you if you find there is sth. wrong with the refractometers within 20 days after the day you buying it ( you must give some convinced illustration/pictures to show the problem)

(3)      Product Guaranty period is within one year after sales. During this period, if the buyer find sth. wrong with the products, please e-mail us the pictures of damaged products and illustrate the problem. So, we can provide different after-sales service according to the situation, including: provide new accessories to replace damaged ones, repair (you must pay the transport charge due to the situation).
